The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City Recap for 9/30/2026
The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City on Bravo opens with Quai and Whitney going out, Heather helping Lisa prepare for the Oscars and Mary preparing a meal with her friend Ashley.
Mary is in survival mode now and is trying to keep going after the death of her son.
Bronwyn joins Quai and Whitney for a game of pool.
Angie visits Mary, who is upset over seeing pictures, but is grateful to have her friend by her side. They bond, gossip about the ladies and talk about their husbands.
Bronwyn isn’t sure about Quai since she is friends with Lisa but is willing to give her a chance since she is also friends with Whitney.
Whitney, for her part knows Quai can go dirty when she needs to and is done dirty herself.
Angie tells Mary all about Quai and she washed her toilet with her fiancé’s toothbrush when he pissed her off. EW! But not as bad as what Lala Kent did to Randall’s toothbrush….which indirectly comes up in their conversation….but with other people doing it in hotels? All righty then!
Quai talks about the pros and cons of the ladies in the group and asks what she should expect from them. It seems like she has beef with Heather and this all might blow up on the San Francisco trip.
Mary won’t be going on the trip, but Angie promises to FaceTime her so she is included. She seems like such a good friend.
Bronwyn wants to channel Tony Bennett and leave her heart in San Francisco, while Quai does lunch with her husband. Lisa and Angie seem sadder to leave their dogs than their husbands.
Angie says it is trouble in paradise with her and Shawn. She hopes the trip will allow her to wrap her mind around what the future holds.
Meredith prepares for her DJ era. Seth asks how he can help and she asks for cappuccino in bed every day. She loves working and loves having her kids work with her, but Seth thinks that she is only coddling them.
She is not happy about this and asks Brooks how he feels. He smartly nopes right out of the conversation.
Time to leave for the trip while celebrating St. Patrick’s Day. Whitney is 69% Irish and Meredith is not Irish.
Britani is on the trip and Meredith is not happy, calling her annoying.
Bronwyn looks back on her time in the area and wants to go back to that happy, optimistic woman.
Lisa turned down going to the Oscars. Whitney is calling a BULL and a SH*T on this one, as does Angie.
Everyone arrives at the Beacon Brand and are greeted with drinks as they head to their rooms.
Meredith is upset there is no bathtub.
As everyone settles in, they call their families to check in and let them know they got in safely.
Angie, Whitney, Bronwyn and Heather get together to eat and gossip about Quai. Heather is confused as to why Quai isn’t sure about her due to how she treated Meredith.
Angie thinks Quai is looking for something to hate about her….and doesn’t help matters when she brings up Toothbrush Gate. Whitney says she isn’t supposed to know that and is now mad at Angie….who claims she heard this story from multiple people.
Time for a St. Patrick’s Day dinner. Angie gives them toothbrushes since she can’t let Toothbrush Gate go.
Quai is like WTF and then admits to doing it after catching him texting a friend about another girl and then they made up….and then he laughed when she fessed up AND then got her jewelry.
Quai tries to defend her behavior at the previous event and calls out Angie for being rude to her. However, Angie and Bronwyn act like this never happened, causing the first fight of the trip over who said what, who is diabolical (or diablo, depending on the source) until Quai tells them all to shut up. She is also mad that Whitney doesn’t have her back.
Bronwyn is mad that she is being attacked by Quai.
They finally table the fight to go drink…..yet the group is divided into Team Quai , Meredith and Lisa vs. Team Everyone Else.
Bronwyn steals someone’s cigarette.
Quai begins crying and talks to Meredith and Lisa. Whitney tries to talk to them but is sent away. The other ladies tell Whitney Quai is the bad guy and being manipulative while Lisa grooms her? HUH?
Heather compares it to the potato famine.
Quai all but tells Whitney to eff off for her behavior and is going to tell her brother on her….and he is going to be so disappointed in Whitney.
