Georgie and Mandy’s First Marriage Recap for 5/21/2026

 

Georgie and Mandy’s First Marriage on CBS opens with Georgie working with a customer, saying he is behind and will talk to his mechanic to make sure he is next. He also tells the person on the phone the same thing, but promises the guy in the shop he is really first.

 

He goes to look for Ruben, who is in the bathroom and very sick. Georgie says it can’t be food poisoning since he ate the same thing, only to get sick later on, with the guys fighting over the bathroom. Ruben ends up running to the gas station.

 

They try to work, all while vomiting, chugging Pepto Bismal and saying no jury will convict them if they kill the chili guys that caused the food poisoning.

 

Georgie goes to pick up a guy who needs a tow while getting sick, saying this one is on the house.

 

Audrey goes to put away laundry and walks in on Chloe in Connor’s bed and Connor singing in the shower.

 

Jim and Mandy go to the store to help Georgie and Ruben, but not before Audrey tells them what happened. They rush out.

At the store, the guys are thrilled that they are there. Georgie tells them they ate bad chili, but Ruben says that they cannot ever say that word again.

 

Audrey and Connor talk about the Chloe situation. She freaks out when he says they are friends and she sometimes spends the night. He tries to calm things down, but it only makes things more awkward.

 

Mandy and Jim work at the store and warn a woman to go home since she ate at the same chili place as the guys.

They almost get caught up when Mandy offers to help work on cars, but doesn’t want to ruin her manicure. Jim is shocked she wants to help.

 

Audrey and Connor both complain to Georgie, who just wants to be left alone. Meanwhile, abuela makes Ruben tea with honey, that is ‘as sweet as him.’

 

Jim is proud of Mandy for rotating tires. He talks about the shop becoming a family business and him sidestepping about how she makes him proud….and how the business ended up differently than he expected with Georgie….and getting CeeCee as a bonus.

 

Abuela sings to Ruben to make him feel better.

 

Connor tells Chloe about Audrey being weird about the situation. They say they like how things are and decide to have sexy time, barricading the door.

 

On the way home, Mandy asks Jim why he doesn’t do other stuff like body work and engine work, but he dodges the question and turns up the music. She wonders if he even knows how to do it.

 

Chloe and Connor work on music when Audrey comes home and tries to act cool, only to make things awkward. Things get worse when they say they are going on tour with Chloe’s band….in a van with three other girls.

 

Audrey goes to complain to Georgie. He has had enough of people bugging him, so he goes to stay with Ruben and abuela.

 

Jim works on a tire with a hole and shows Mandy what he is doing. They argue over what to do with it, so he shoos her away to get lunch….realizing she is probably getting him chili.

 

Audrey tries to talk to Connor about drugs, peer pressure and having no life experience. They argue and she tells him she won’t rescue him but will give him emergency money.

 

Jim threw out his back so he can’t finish the car. Mandy has to do it because the customer is there so Jim eats and guides her through it.

 

Ruben and Georgie bond over movies and wonder how the store is doing. They think it will be insulting to check in, so they watch more movies.

 

Mandy has to do an oil change, which ends in her being a mess. When she and Jim get home, Audrey screams about Connor’s plans, so they leave again.

 

Mandy has a nightmare about one of her cars causing a fatal accident as the episode comes to a close
