Ben Higgins is engaged again! The former Bachelor star proposed to his longtime love Jess Clarke his weekend. She posted the happy news on her Instagram

The couple go together in 2019 after meeting on Instagram. Ben previously said that he was ‘definitely’ proposing in 2020, bu waiting for the right time.
