Heidi Klum and SealRaves and Rants
Heidi & Seal "Love's Divine"
by vic2rea

Let's start and end with a Rave this week:  Celebrity super-couple Heidi Klum and Seal have portrayed a sublime example of marital bliss, and are set to bring their "expertise" to the masses; they will counsel couples in a new Lifetime channel reality show, called "Love's Divine."

Over the past five years, happily married Heidi Klum  and her hubby Seal Samuel have been an almost perfect example of true love.  Now the power couple plans for a reality show of their own, Love’s Divine, according to new reports.  Already making waves on Lifetime with her fashion-based show Project Runway, Heidi is set to take the network by storm with Love’s Divine, the model’s rep confirmed to Gossip Cop.   On Love's Divine, the pair will help inspire other couples to share special moments, according to People, who first reported the news. For example, they will encourage people who never had their dream wedding to renew their vows, according to People.  Heidi Klum and Seal renew vows for fifth time  "[Seal and I] make special moments into something big and noticeable for everyone in our family," Klum, 37, told People. "For birthdays, we handcraft special cards and gifts. We hang welcome signs when Dad comes home from long travels or when the tooth fairy comes at night. With a family of six, there is always something to make, create and do together."    The series has not yet started shooting. Klum and Seal, 47, have been married since 2005 and have three children together: 4-year-old Henry, 3-year-old Johan, and 7-month-old Lou.  "Love's Divine" is also the name of a Seal song off of his 2004 album, Seal IV.

Must be the early summer heat causing celebrities (and wanna-be's) to light up the breaking news this week.  The Daily News is reporting the company behind her booze-monitoring anklet notified authorities Tuesday that Lohan's device clocked alcohol in her system at an MTV Movie Awards after-party on Sunday at Las Palmas in Hollywood, a source told the Daily News.  "Our information is that it was not a mistake or malfunction," the source said.  The judge handling Lohan's case is expected to get a report today or tomorrow and could haul the "Mean Girls" star into court for an emergency hearing.  If the judge decides Lohan was drinking, the actress could wind up in jail.

During Sunday night's event, Lohan raised eyebrows when she was spotted with a blinking red light in her black suede boot. The actress took to Twitter Monday night to clarify the confusion.  "Haha! Last night-My friend Johnny put a light up bracelet on my boots and someone asked me if my SCRAM was lighting up RED.... Well it was a light up bracelet from the bathroom," the actress wrote.  According to an eyewitness, Lohan "was dancing and mingling with friends all night as the light kept flashing. Everyone was staring, but she didn't seem to notice."  As Lohan partied with the likes of Paris Hilton and the cast of "Jersey Shore," she "avoided alcohol and stuck to drinking Red Bulls all night," added the source.  Kathleen Brown, a spokeswoman with Alcohol Monitoring Systems, told the News that the actress' SCRAM has "no alarm, no indication of any kind. There's no red light at all."  Fed-up Judge Marsha Revel slapped the anklet on Lohan May 24 and ordered her to submit to random weekly drug testing pending a probation violation hearing July 6.   UPDATE: Sources close to Lindsay tell TMZ LiLo didn't drink during the MTV after party.

TMZ has obtained a copy of Gary Coleman's 1999 will, and it has an ominous directive in terms of disposing of Gary's body.  According to the will, Gary wants his body cremated and wants his personal representative to "plan a wake for me conducted by those who have had no financial ties to me and can look each other in the eyes and say they really cared personally for Gary Coleman.  Gary bequeaths "my entire estate to the Trustee of the Millennium Edge Trust."  He is not more specific.  Gary's former manager, Dion Mial (who filed the papers) claims Shannon Price, Gary's ex-wife, "has been removing personal property from [Gary's] home which has not been inventoried or accounted for."  Mial is asking the judge to immediately appoint him special administrator of Gary's estate so he can give the mortuary a directive to cremate the body.

Celebrity stud Jesse James will get his day in court, but there will be no mention of any personal failings.  The judge in a civil lawsuit against Jesse James  that goes to trial tomorrow just ruled Jesse's character cannot be used in the case.  Fortune Fashions Industries is suing Jesse over a clothing line deal.  Jesse's lawyer, Joe Yanny, filed a motion last month asking the judge to prohibit the opposing lawyer from talking about anything related to Nazi memorabilia, Bombshell McGee, Sandra Bullock, "The Blind Side" or anything referring to Jesse being "the most hated man in America."  The judge in the case just ruled ... none of the above can be used to besmirch Jesse's character during the trial.  Jury selection begins tomorrow.

TMZ has learned Heidi Montag showed up at the Santa Monica Courthouse and officially filed for legal separation from Spencer Pratt.  She lists irreconcilable differences as the reason for separation.  Heidi did not file divorce papers.  The legal significance of legal separation is that her earnings will become her separate property from the date of separation.  Heidi lists the date of separation as today, June 8.  Interesting ... under the section, "community assets and debts," Heidi wrote, "No such assets or debts."  It's unclear if Heidi and Spencer have a prenup which keeps their assets separate, or if they're broke.  Heidi tried filing in Malibu -- of course -- but the Malibu courts don't do divorces.   Heidi filed the legal docs in her own handwriting.  There's no evidence she has a lawyer.

Charlie Sheen's case is changing so quickly one can't keep up with it.  His legal team is hoping to swiftly resolve a last-minute dispute over details of a jail work release plan that prevented the actor from reaching a plea deal with Colorado authorities on charges of assaulting his wife.  "Hopefully we will be able to work (to) fix the outstanding issues in the near future," Yale Galanter, a lawyer for the "Two and a Half Men" star told Reuters on Tuesday.  Galanter confirmed reports that jail officials in Aspen, Colorado wanted to place more stringent rules, including a smoking ban, on Sheen's plan to coach actors at Theater Aspen by day and return to jail by night.  Sheen, 44, a chain smoker, was expected on Monday to plead guilty to a reduced charge of assault against his wife, Brooke Mueller, in exchange for a 30-day jail term in the ski resort town.  But the case was unexpectedly postponed until July 12, potentially delaying Sheen's availability for production in early August on the new season of his top-rated CBS comedy series.  Sheen had been expected to start his 30-day jail term on Monday and be out in time to start shooting the new series.

CBS declined to comment. The network in May negotiated a new contract with Sheen that made him the highest-paid actor on U.S. television, on what is the nation's most popular comedy show.  The Aspen Times reported that the proposed plea deal fell apart when an Aspen jail official sought to reduce the daily time Sheen would spend out of jail and at the theater.  He would also have been banned from smoking outside jail, faced a longer probation period and would be restricted in what he could eat under the more tightly-supervised release scheme.

Danielle Staub's unsavory track record is back in the spotlight as the reviled "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star is caught in yet another sex tape scandal.  Hustler Inc. is set to release a 75-minute tape of  Staub having sex with an unidentified man next Monday.  The porn magazine told E! Online that Staub "knows it's being released."  The scandalous video was supposedly filmed last September, just a few months after Staub started filming for the Bravo reality TV show.  The 47-year-old mother of two has already dealt with her share of sex tape scandals. Just last year, Staub successfully obtained a court order to block her ex-boyfriend, Stephen Zalewski, from releasing an X-rated video of her.  Fittingly, Staub, who plays the resident villain on the hit Bravo reality TV show, recently released an autobiography coined "The Naked Truth" on May 25.

And finally an rave ending with a warm feeling:  It's the ultimate gift someone can give -- a heart -- and  when Chris Henry passed away last year, his vital organs were donated to someone else in need.  According to the NFL star's autopsy report, the 26-year-old's heart, lungs, liver, spleen, pancreas and kidneys were donated in the wake of his death on December 16, 2009.  The gift of life in an untimely death - what better way to be remembered.

Until next time (they way things are going I may have to come back here again this week...) enjoy the sun, keep your cool... and behave!
