It's finally time to see whether the Blue or the Yellow Team will be returning to the Biggest Loser Ranch, so let's get right down to it! Tonight's episode of NBC's The Biggest Loser opens with a flashback to last week's elimination and Miggy talking about Migdalia's leaving. She tells us at the moment that it happened, she wasn't so sure she wanted to stay. She tells us the hardest thing was returning to the room and seeing Migdalia's things were gone and her bed was empty. She climbs into her bed, turns her face to the wall and begins to weep. Then, we hear a call being made to 9-1-1 that Miggy is suffering with acute abdominal pain. Alison arrives to let the contestants know that Miggy has been taken to the hospital for tests and that she will be ok. Alison then tells them to follow her outside. She explains to them that they have been there for one month and that the day will come when they will leave the Biggest Loser Campus to face the challenges at home. She says that today, their challenge will be comings to the ranch to face them. Right on cue, a limo arrives and out steps Cherita and Vicki, then another with Sunshine and O'Neal. Alison reminds the contestants about the events that lead up to the Blue and Yellow Teams having to leave. She then explains that today the Blue and Yellow Teams will be climbing up on the scale for a chance to return and tells them it is time for them to head to the gym and get up on those scales. The two teams make their way to the gym and upon entering find Bob and Jillian waiting... for their Last Chance Workout - not the expected weigh in.... yet. After an intense workout, Bob and Jillian dismiss them to get ready for the weigh in. Alison greets the contestants and explains that the team that earns their way back on campus will have two weeks guaranteed on the ranch because they will win immunity. She further explains that it won't be easy for the winner, because the team that wins will also have the ONLY vote at this week's elimination. Jaws drop (including Bob's) and gasps abound. Jillian says God Bless this game show - you never know what's coming. Alison then announces that the loser will leave the campus. She calls the Blue Team to the scale. Blue Team - lost 63 pounds 9.92% Yellow Team - lost 76 pounds 11.45% Gasps and applause erupt from the contestants as the see how well the teams have done in their at-home weight loss. Alison congratulates them. O'Neal says he wishes that Vicki could take his place on the ranch. Cherita tells them that the did a magnificent job and proved it can be done at home. She tells them she and Vicki will continue their journey at home and they are proud of them. Alison tells the Blue Team that they did an amazing job and they are proud of them and look forward to seeing them at the finale. The Blue Team gets back into their limo and leave the ranch. Alison tells the O'Neal and Sunshine to join others, then turns Bob and Jillian loose on the contestants. Bob works with Melissa trying to restore her confidence in herself after all the accusations of throwing the weigh-ins. He brings her to tears during the work out. He tells her that he saw she was not playing the game when she dropped 11 pounds - not two at the last weigh in. He says that when they happened even through she had immunity, he was convinced that it was not game play on her part. He vows to work hard with her to overcome all her obstacles. Meanwhile, Jillian begins to work on Daris to try and discover his reason for low weight losses and low calorie burn. The Challenge Back at the ranch, we see Miggy returning from the hospital. She tells the other contestants that they took out her appendix, a cyst and a mass. She says she is sore but she doesn't feel as tired. Dr. H is only going to allow her to walk. We see her walking with Michael. He tells her he doesn't want her to overdo it because he has lost his mom and Migdalia and can't afford to lose her too. We see Dr H meeting with Miggy. She tells him she walked 13 miles the day she returned from the hospital. She tells him she doesn't want to go home. Dr H tells her she has to eat a little more and no major bending, back off the exercise if she feels any pain. Dr H explains that during surgery, she had about 8-9 pounds of salt water poured into her. He tells her that they can not take that water out of her. She begins to cry and wonder what her chances are with all that extra water weight. She says she feels that if she goes home, she is not only failing her daughter, but also failing herself. Last Chance Workout Jillian turns her focus to Ashley and Sherry. Ashley breaks down and tells Jillian that she watched her father die of cancer. Jillian takes her outside for a quiet talk. Ashley tells Jillian that she took a lot of verbal crap about her size. She said she knew he loved her, but she didn't go home when he was dying. She said when she finally went home, he was unable to talk and died the next day. She says if she could tell him one thing, it would be that he hurt her with the things he said, but she was sorry she wasn't there when he died. Stephanie has taken the lead in the gym, calling the workout for Andrea, Cheryl, Mike and Sunshine. After their workout, Bob gives them some yoga to calm them down and get the stress levels lower. The Weigh-In Alison explains that this week, the team that falls below the yellow line will be up for elimination. However, if the team has only one member, there will be no need for an elimination, they will be automatically eliminated. Yellow -10 pounds 1.70% (Immunity) White Team: -13 pounds 2.85% (Immunity) Pink Team: -15 pounds 2.54% (-13 pounds with 2 pound disadvantage) Orange Team: -15 pounds 3.05% Gray Team: -16 pounds 2.42% Green Team: -5 pounds 2.37% Purple Team: -5 pounds 2.17% Black Team: -13 pounds 2.10% Red Team: -9 pounds 1.73% John is one pound short of staying above the yellow line, so he is automatically eliminated. There is a lot of crying among the contestants as they say their good byes to John. John tells us that he is thrilled that he knows he can go home and do this. John says when he gets home he and James will push each other. He says next time we see him he will be in the 200's. John arrived at the ranch weighing 484 pounds, he now weighs 380 - that is 104 pounds. He says when he first got home his weight loss slowed. He got involved in martial arts and it's working very well for him. He and James invited their families to watch them spar. We also see James and John playing basketball. John hopes to weight in the 200's for the finale and hopes to be working toward his first Jiu Jitsu belt! Next week: The contestants head to the United States Olympics Training Center where they will eat, sleep and train alongside the best.
