I admit it, I am jealous—I would give ANYTHING to have an opportunity like that. Ali tells them they go to singles this week---and back to their original colors. The pop challenge this week is to try and get as many people as they can to participate in a public workout hosted by Bob and Jillian. Rudy and Amanda have an easy time getting people while some of the others struggle. Daniel also has an easy time since people remember him from last season. Allen went to a firehouse and they made a call to help him out. Liz relies on guilt while Tracey reminds them of the Subway dinner they will be getting. The winner is Liz. She gets an advantage and of course the Subway dinner. Everyone seems to enjoy the workout. The next day, they all meet with Congress, including Senator Robert Casey and Senator Kirsten Gillibrand of New York. Daniel wants more education on the issue and talks about how he struggled as a child. Jillian wants more focus on nutrition. Rebecca also talks about her struggle and trying to change. The group goes to the Continental Gardens for their next challenge. They will win immunity this week. The first part is two laps around the Garden’s lake. Liz can skip one part (except the last one) since she won the first challenge. As they run, they flaks back to their first challenge on the ranch while playing The Climb by Miley Cyrus. Rebecca comes in first, followed by Daniel, Allen, Amanda, Rudy and Liz. They will compete in the next round. The others follow, and while they cannot compete anymore, thye are there to cheer everyone else on. Part two has them racing up and down the Watergate steps, collecting pennies (one for each pound lost on the show) and put them in their bank. Liz sits this one out. Rudy comes in earns a spot in challenge three, along with Daniel and Rebecca. Part three finds them in front of the US Capitol. They will stand on platforms holding a Pilates ball over their head. Rebecca and Rudy are in the top two and will compete in the final challenge for immunity. They will have to take 206 steps, one for each contestant. The first one to do so will win. Rebecca wins immunity. Everyone gets a surprise---a visit inside the White House the next day. Bob wants to help Amanda to get back on track—with Extra gum! YES, the commercials for it are back baby! The White House chef Sam Kass helps everyone cook a meal. They even visit the Obama’s garden. President Obama loves broccoli and his greens, and the girls love healthy food too. They collect some veggies for a salad. Chef Cris Comerford is also there to help them cook. A garden salad for all of them was twelve dollars and they even had leftovers.
WEIGH IN!!! The weigh in is at the Lincoln Memorial. Rebecca: 223-4=219 lbs
ELIMINATION: Amanda: Tracey Tracey will now be going home. She has some regrets, but is happy to have had the experience and happier to go home to her kids. She gets hugs from Liz and Amanda before going on her way. UPDATE Tracey says she is now a happier woman. She is surprised with a helicopter ride home from her Biggest Loser experience to find tons of people waiting for her. Her family is especially happy to see her. She looks fantastic and is finishing running the mile. She lost 85 pounds to date and is training for a

I really think that the other contestants that protest so loudly are just upset that they didn't get the power. Tracey had been at a HUGE disadvantage. She didn't even get to start working out in the gym until after the teams were split. She didn't start eating cupcakes until she heard that someone was winning...the red team, remember. They were mad about the 2 pounds because they wanted to go for it when it got larger, sour grapes. She missed the bonding that the others had for over a week. Think about how incredibly different her path on the Biggest Loser was to EVERYONE elses. Anytime the ones that protest so loudly have a chance THEY play the game that all of you are so on Tracey about. I really think that the people that are being so ugly and mean in what they are writing about Tracey should look in a mirror. Some of you are really cruel and mean yourselves. How different would any of you be if you had the same experience that she had?
