Our girl Lindsay Lohan wasn't going to let a little court date stop her from Party Time.  Lindsay was seen partying before court.

Lindsay Lohan's hot spot of choice Saturday was Teddy's, a regular haunt for her.  Lindsay's appearance was greasy unbrushed hair, no make up and chain smoking like crazy.

LiLo threw a fit at closing time when the waitress came by to clear the table telling the waitress "She'd finish her drink when she was ready."  The manager tried to calm the situation without much luck as Lindsay mouthed off at him too.  Once Lindsay had her say she downed her drink and immediately left.

Let's hope Lindsay Lohan get's her crap togther soon.
