Rod Blagojevich has reportedly hired on to appear on Donald Trump's "Celebrity Apprentice." It is not clear if he will be competing, a boardroom judge or in some other capacity.

An unamed source announced, Blagojevich would be paid for his appearance but the amount was undisclosed.
NBC is being tight lipped on the topic since they do not discuss details of a show until they are ready to make an announcement of the entire cast.
Rod Blagojevich currently faces federal corruption charges for allegedly scheming to sell or trade President Barack Obama's former U.S. Senate seat. He has pleaded not guilty and says he has done nothing wrong. His trial is due to get under way in Chicago on June 3.
"The Celebrity Apprentice" is scheduled to air in spring 2010. The network has said production was expected to begin in the fall, when 16 celebrities meet and compete in business-oriented challenges.
What ever Rod Blagojevich's participation is on the Celebrity Apprentice it is a sure thing he needs to money to help fund his legal defense.
