how can the courts let this mentally challenged, sicko continue to harrass his family.

Jon keeps saying it is about his kids, once again actions speak louder then words, Jon is all about him, not his kids, or he would have taken better care of how he appeared in the press and tabloids. He has taken away his children's money, means of earning money, he is an idiot. Is Jon now going to get a job to support his kids. He doesn't seem to have much time to do this with his party, party, life style.
Hang in there Kate, my prayers are with you and your children, and for Jon who truly needs help. I know God is big enough. I too have been left with 3 small children (this was years ago)and my husband seemingly taken over by aliens. I live a very happy life and my children are grown, doing great.

After watching the show a few times. I STOPPED. Lets be real, she treated Jon like a second class citizen with her snide comments and bossiness. Her young twins are starting to act just like her. I am a women and beleive that all are created equal. You honestly beleive that she has no money. Well from what I can see she is way to controlling tolet that happen. But the issue here shuld be the kids and having your every move taped and watched by the world can notbe good for them. Not now and no later as they mature. Stop watching those kids well being should be more important than your entertainment.

I think this is so pathetic. If Jon wants out - leave but do so with some class and dignity. His behavior is shameful and spiteful.

Ok, Jon should not have taken the money, but give me a break after your book, talk show appearances and etc.,until this mess is cleaned up, you're telling us Kate that you don't have any money to take care of your needs and the childrens needs. Trust me you will get it back, we all know you and you will get what you think you deserve. Besides why did you take out the $100,000 dollars from your joint account(yes i know you put it back, or so you said). But claiming that you're broke, really we are not as stupit as you think. So if you are going to take the high road because that is the only road that you can take, then get walking do what you have to do.

FIRST of all if it's true what they say and you reap what you sew these people are exhibit A. NEITHER of them have my sympathy they have both made mistakes and made the decision to make said mistakes in the public eye. In the beginning they had options. Other people have large families and find ways to support them without parading them on national tv. My mom was 1 of 10. I think it was an easy way to make money and get a little attention and they jumped at it. NOW I will concede that at this point it probably isnt realistic for Kate to go back to being a labor and delivery nurse or Jon back to doing whatever he did BUT thats a position they put themselves in. THAT being said I think alot of people see a million dollar house and fancy cars and think that people are banking. All that means is that they had good enough credit to get those things. Apparently contrary to reports TLC didnt out right buy that house they were simply paying them a large enough salary that they could get it. AND while 200,000 is def alot of money these are people who have quite obviously lived above their means and as sick as it is with production halted on the show and no more money coming in it probably aint gonna last too long. The children have a trust fund set up per an agreement through TLC but the parents cant touch it. I'm sure they may have bits stashed away here and there but the 200,000 was the bulk of it. Do they have my sympathy? No. I think the kids are young enough that they could adjust to a touch more of a modest life. However the fact that their parents (more specifically their father) has proven to show the maturity level of child ( a very immature child) and done so in the eyes of the entire country is beyond wrong. Whatever Kate did she is the mother of your children and for that she should always have if not love then a bit of respect. Stealing money, slamming her in the media, parading around with women who were jail bait when you were getting married and wearing clothes most teenage boys would be embaressed to wear needs to come to an end. Its humiliating for you BUT even worse for your children- who maybe tucked away in a private school now where everything they hear is edited but in years to come are going to have to come to grips with the circus that is their lives. I have no great affection for Kate either but I will hand it to her outta the two she has def proven to be the more stable adult figure.

I dislike Kate she's one greedy biatch the kids should be off the show till they settle there divorce.

The divorce is settled. That is why Jon is stalling. He could be a free man in a week, It is Jon preventing the final decree with all his stalling tactics. He wants more than what was originally negotiated.

Both Jon and Kate need to take the outclause from TLC. Quite frankly
we are tired of their dirty laundry being aired in order to turn a
a lousy dollar. Jon and Kate need to keep thier private lives private.

Both Jon and Kate need to grow up and realize that not everything she and Jon have done over the years was always for the children. Instead of this public bickering get done with the divorce say goodbye to the show and become a real family and go on with their lives whatever that brings.

OMG, Kate called into the View today and said the kids would be heartbroken they couldn't go to New York because Jon took the money. I feel so sorry for those kids - NOT. How many friggin trips do those kids need to go on. Kate stashed $100K to feed the kids? Bet that was for her clothes, her trips to the spa and salon, her travels. The parents need to grow up - live within their means and get their sheot straightened out PRIVATELY.

Wow nothing like judging Jon guilty of taking the money out of the account just based on Kate's statements. Jon was on two shows last night saying he has proof he didn't take the money. If he does have proof then he is going to make Kate look like nothing but a vindictive liar. No amount of PR will fix that. I think it's time these two low class individuals were taken off TV and the media should just stop reporting on this nonsense.

I think Kate is doing a remarkable job raising that many children. I had 6, and it was very over whelming for me. I also had a husband who wanted a 2nd childhood. What I don't understand is, why they have that many kids and then what to act them. Grow up Jon-the only reason those "girls" want to be with you is because of the money!!! Kate hold ur head high--u deserve better than Jon.
