The Biggest LoserWhat Was She Thinking?? Hello and welcome to NBC' The Biggest Loser week three! Last week, everybody was saved thanks to everybody on The Biggest Loser losing a combined 150 pounds. They are happy, but they know there is not time to celebrate ; there is still work to be done. TEMPTATION 1 Ali meets everyone and tells them that they have a choice between trainers or an advantage at the weigh in. They have to step over the line to get a two pound advantage. Tracey decides to go for it, which means she and Coach Mo will be without trainers this week. The time comes for them to admit to Bob and Jillian that they took the advantage. They are not happy to hear what Tracey has done, feeling as if it was a slap in the face to them. Bob wants Tracey to trust them more and reminds her that she needs them. ABBY’S INJURY Abigail’s knees are injured so she has to do mostly pool workouts. She says she survived so much already and is willing to do what it takes to get her life back. Bob wants her to work on her nutrition and tells her to eat Yoplait Light. (YUM!) TEMPTATION 2 Ali calls them in for another temptation challenge. They have the choice to either control the diet or control the game. Only one person will represent each team on the scale this week. The winner of the challenge will choose. They line up their trays and find….a cupcake underneath. Whoever eats the most cupcakes in ten minutes wins. Tracey and Antoine eat cupcakes, much to Sean’s chagrin. However, it was Tracey who wins eating four cupcakes to Antoine’s two! Everyone thinks she is crazy for doing it. WORKOUTS AND ANGER At the gym, the tell Bob and Jillian about the temptation. Bob thinks it would have been stupid of them to participate. When Tracey admits she ate cupcakes, Jillian says she is ready to throttle her. She is upset that Tracey wasted her time and prepares to train the others. See, this is really unfair to Mo. He did nothing wrong and is being punished. Sean is focusing on eating right and getting good workouts in, while Mo does the best he can on his own. Rudy does a sledgehammer exercise, which he regrets when he realizes how hard it is. TRAINER TIP Stand on a couch cushion and move a heavy object around—with your eyes opened and closed. CHALLENGE! This week’s challenge will get something special—immunity. They have to get 500 pounds to the top of the ramp and raise a flag. The first team to get the flag up wins. They can either choose to carry two five pound jugs or one twenty-five pounds for a longer distance. Tracey and Abby are injured so their teams have to only carry 250 pounds up. Each team chooses what they want to carry and begin! Red, orange brown and black choose twenty-five pounds, while the others choose the ten. Allen seems to be doing well, thanks to his background as a firefighter---which eventually allows him to win! Pink comes in second, and the other teams go to finish, even though the winner has already been determined. They all go to help Mo finish---which makes me cry—I love their devotion to each other. LAST CHANCE WORKOUT Bob and Jillian focus on the girls this week. Amanda thinks she is safe since she and Tracey are close. This makes Bob push her even more. Shay is impressed with herself for doing more than she ever thought she could be. Jillian says she is the bad parent and pushes Dina to do more and not to quit. Dan tries to talk to Tracey about the weigh in and they decide to work it out so Shay can stay. The pink team talks to her as well, but Tracey makes them realize how tough the choice really is by asking if they vote for her if she falls below the yellow line. WEIGH IN: Ali reminds Tracey of her power and that one team will go home. Tracey says she regrets her decision and Mo says he supports her. Jillian tells him he is full of it and wants him to tell the truth. She wants him to look out for him now. Abby: 221-5=216 lbs Allen: 296-4=292 lbs Julio: 375-7=368 lbs(representative) Liz: 247-4=243 lbs(representative) Danny: 394-4=390 lbs Dina: 237-3=234 lbs Rudy: 400-12=388 lbs(representative) Rebecca: 255-7=248 lbs Amanda: 240-5=235 lbs (representative) Sean: 411-6=405 lbs (representative) Antoine: 341-11=330 lbs Shay: 443-6=437 lbs (representative) Daniel: 293-6=287 lbs (I love the speech he gives her, what a doll!) Tracey:228-11=217 lbs (representative) Coach Mo: 327-1=226 lbs This leave the red team and orange team in the bottom two. They all give their reasons for staying and the red team decides that they have the support at home, so they are willing to sacrifice so Shay and Daniel can stay. ELIMINATION Black Team: Red Green Team: Red Pink Team: Red Purple Team: Red This means that they will be going home. Antoine says he thinks Shay is an inspiration and can do it. They all get hugs and kisses before they say goodbye. AFTER THE RANCH: Sean now weighs 324 pounds. (his kids are too cute!) He is around inspiring youth to live better, healthier lives. He and his wife plan to name their little girl Jillian. Antoine now weighs 262 pounds. He is kickboxing and is dating Alexandra from week 1! They are the cutest! He wants to be under 200 for the finale. Tune in to The Biggest Loser next week where Shay tells Tracey off and Tracey finding out she can’t work out.
