Welcome Back Everyone or Not...

Hello,  and welcome back to The Biggest Loser Families! Two weeks ago, we said goodbye to Phillip, who went on to not only continue his weight loss, but renew his wedding vows with Amy P. What a feel good story that is for The Biggest Loser.

TELL US HOW YOU REALLY FEEL, BLUE TEAM!

We begin with Vicky saying how happy she is that Phillip is gone, which annoys the black team and has Michelle wishing they would go home already. Vicky even goes as far to say she thinks he is a bad role model for America. (Did I put on Mean Girls by mistake? Seriously?)

DETERMINATION AND SUNDAES

Team Black keeps working out in order to prove that they are worthy of being finalists, while Bob offers a banana fudge sundae to the Team Blue member who runs the fastest in three minutes. Amy wins, but her sundae isn't exactly what she thinks it is-- it's actually chocolate banana pudding with Cool Whip. YUM!

THEY'RE BA-ACK!

Alison announces that the teams will be broken and everyone will compete as singles from now on. She brings them to the weigh in early....with a surprise.... everyone walks in for a chance to make it back on the ranch. Jerry couldn't make it due to work, so he weighs in via satellite. He lost 41 pounds and sends a special message to his little girl.

Shellay is the next to weigh in and she lost 39 pounds thus far.

Tom has lost 48 pounds, while LT has shed 57.

Adam is 35 pounds lighter and Stacey is down 31.

Ed is down 58 pounds.

Amy has lost 47 pounds and Phil is 68 pounds lighter.

However, the catch is that they will have to win a challenge before it is determined who will come back. Vicky makes a crack about Phil, which ends up causing a lot of drama between everybody. It is seriously one of the pettiest, most immature I have ever seen. I really think this is my least favorite part of the season.

MOM/DAUGHTER TIME

Amy C. and Shellay go out for some Subway and to get away from the tension. They discuss the drama and decide that they are going to try and stay away from it.

A REUNION WITH BOB AND JILLIAN AND A CHALLENGE

Everyone meets back up with their old trainers and have a happy reunion before they get to the challenge that will bring one of them back on the show. The challenge is step aerobics--first one to reach one thousand steps will be welcomed back to the ranch. It is mostly between Stacey and Ed, with Phillip hot on their heels.  In the end, Ed is the one that ends up back in the ranch and will therefore have immunity this week.

WELCOME BACK ALI!

Ali Vincent, the winner from last season, brings in a nutritionist to help them make better choices after they leave the ranch, including drinking light beer and portion control. They also get $5,000 worth of groceries!

LAST CHANCE WORKOUT

Jillian is pushing her girls to the absolute limit, and Bob is pushing his own team,  particularly Ed because he wants him to prove he belongs there.

At the end of the workout, Renee and Michelle have a sweet moment celebrating their new life together and their one year reunion.

WEIGH IN:

Ed: 273 pounds--4 pounds lost
Heba: 238--9 pounds lost
Coleen: 170--7 pounds lost
Amy: 181--6 pounds lost
Michelle: 194--6 pounds lost
Renee: 215--7 pounds lost
Vicky: 193--8 pounds lost
Brady: 264--6 pounds lost

This means Michelle and Brady are in the bottom two. However, instead of a deliberation, they will all go into the elimination room and have a discussion about who should go home.  Each member discusses their feelings and then vote. In the end, Brady is sent packing.

Five months after leaving the ranch, he has lost 100 pounds and looks incredible!

Next week has more drama, weight loss and challenges for our remaining contestants on The Biggest Loser: Families. See you next time!
