Hello and welcome to makeover week of the Biggest Loser! This is always my favorite week because it is nice to see them take a break from everything and get pampered.

They all go shopping but find it hard to find clothes for their new bodies. Mike particularly finds it frustrating since he is still considered big and tall.

They get their hair done by Jonathan and everyone is mesmerized as Daris gets his hair cut, He also decides to donate his hair to Locks of Love, which is beautiful.

Sunshine loves her new look and says that she has never been this happy. I love her new hair color. She looks so beautiful! Her brothers are waiting for her and give her hugs and kisses as they tell her how great she looks.

Koli looks incredibly handsome as he checks himself out in the mirror. I love those glasses. His parents surprise him and another happy reunion occurs. He gets leis from his family, which is a symbolism of a great accomplishment—such as a graduation—which he considers this to be.

Ashley is floored by how much she changed and looks so pretty Her sister and one of her friends are waiting in the wings with hugs and kisses and words of pride.

Sam looks SEXY! I’m loving the new look! His parents are also waiting with leis. They have a loving, tearful reunion.

Daris also has the sexy thing going on. His sister and father are waiting for him. He is very happy to see them and realizes how much he missed them. They also tell him how proud they are of him.

Mike looks so adorable!! I never realized what nice eyes he has. His sisters are waiting for him. His one sister  Rosangela wants him to teach her how to lose weight and get her life back. He promises to teach her everything he knows.

Ashanti surprises them with words of wisdom and a private concert.

 
CHALLENGE
This week’s challenge is to climb Jacob’s Ladder—the first to fall in the water gets a one pound penalty and the winner gets a one pound advantage at the weigh in.

Ashley falls first and gets the penalty. Mike falls next, followed by Sunshine, Sam and Daris, leaving Koli as the winner.

LAST CHANCE WORKOUT
Bob and Jillian greet everyone and squeal over the makeovers. They also talk about the challenge and they both say they are proud of Koli for winning.

The last chance workout pushes everyone to the limit, especially Daris. Bob thinks he is giving up and is upset about it. He wants him to never give up—here or in life. He then gives him the workout from hell—one that Bob says he and Jillian couldn’t even finish!

 
WEIGH IN

Koli : 259-15t=244 lbs (6.18%)  (with a 1-pound advantage)

Sunshine: 187 -9=178 lbs  (4.81%)

Daris; 214 -9=205 lbs  (4.21%)

Ashley: 248-10=238 lbs  (3.63%) (with a 1-pound disadvantage)

Michael; 343-9=334 lbs (2.62%)

Sam: 240 -2=238 lbs  (0.83%)

 
This leaves Sam and Mike in the bottom two. They both give their reasons as to why they should stay before they all go to the elimination room.

ELIMINATION

Koli—Mike

Sunshine—Mike

Ashley—Sam

Daris—Sam

Since there is a tie, Sam is eliminated because he has the lowest overall percentage. He gives a beautiful speech to Koli before he says goodbye to everyone. They all give him hugs and kisses before he is sent on his way.

UPDATE
Once home, he is greeted by family and friends who cheer him on and give him lots of love. He is down to 236 lbs and already reached his goal weight at the ranch. He lives in LA with Stephanie, who he says is his at home prize. He is excited to help Stephanie reach her goal weight.

Tune into Biggest Loser Couples next week for more weight loss, drama and the return of Erik from season 3. The person with the lowest percentage of weight will be eliminated immediately.
