FUN FACTS ABOUT HENRY HEREFORD

Henry Hereford is one of the most incredible, diverse actors of all time. He has appeared in True Blood, Girl With The Dragon Tattoo and Happily Divorced and captivated us every time. He is now appearing in NBC's Crossbones and to celebrate, he talked to TVGrapevine in an exclusive one on one interview. Below are some of the highlights from our chat.

THE BEGINNING: Henry is originally from England, (although he was born in Germany) where he trained to become an actor.  He worked there for about a year and then moved to Australia, where he spent time doing work in TV and film. He then went on to work in the USA, where he has been a prominent part of Hollywood.

He says that it is exciting to work and live in different places. He particularly likes LA because it is fast paced and keeps him on his toes. However, he thinks everywhere he has been great, yet different.

{sidebar id=8}CROSSBONES: Henry currently stars in the hit NBC series Crossbones as The Wildman/Fred Nightingale. He says that the role he plays is very intriguing and exciting and that he is blessed to get to work with such amazing people. He adds that he has made some great friends and learned a lot from being on the show.

The show, which also stars John Malkovich, is about the legend of Blackbeard.  Henry says that Blackbeard, (played by Malkovich) is a highly intelligent inventor who is living in the forest because people thought he was crazy. He goes on to meet Fred and is immediately captivated by him and finds him to be a very intelligent person. I won't give away much, but I will tell you that you are going to love what happens next!

OTHER ROLES: In addition to working on Crossbones, Henry is also starring in Man Camp with Dean Cain. The movie is a romantic comedy that helps transform boys into men and something that Henry thinks everyone would enjoy. He adds that it was not only a great role to play (He is Hans in the film) but also a great experience in itself. He says that working with Dean was great and that the Superman legend is a very fun and professional actor.

PEOPLE WOULD BE SURPRISED TO KNOW: Many of Henry's fans know that he is from England, but what they might not know is that his family has been in the same town for over 900 YEARS! He still goes back to visit any chance he gets, but prefers to visit in the summer time because the weather is much better during that time of year.

Thank you to Henry and his team for this interview and be sure to check out Crossbones on NBC.
