Big Brother 15
Recap For July 10, 2013
Tonight on Big Brother 15 we discover who the new MVP is and who they will nominate for eviction. We will also learn who wins the Veto Competition and if and on whom the Veto is used.
Candice feels that there is an all guy alliance in the house and they manipulated Aaryn to put two girls up. Jeremy says that the moving company is sitting there and looking good. He says that they are going to load them up and take them out and it is a great day in the house, baby. McCrea, Jeremy, and Spencer are in the storage room gleefully enjoying their invulnerability.
Aaryn says that Elissa is her target because she is the reason for David going home. Elissa says that she expected to be nominated, but it was vindictive of her to nominate Helen by association. Helen says that they are not leaving the house and they will be coming after her next week.
In the cockpit, Elissa hugs it out with Helen who is tearful at the thought of going home. Helen wants her to work to get herself off and says she will figure out how to get herself off the block. Elissa wants to put her feelings aside and win the veto to get a target bigger than Helen up in her place. Candice comes in to console her and Helen says that she will get through it.
Kaitlyn is in bed with Jeremy necking and she says she is worried about going the same way David did. Jeremy tells her that she can be emotional, but only in front of him. Kaitlyn says that the entire house wanted Elissa gone from the Big Brother house last week, but look what happened. Jeremy says that she will not go and he knows that. They continue necking. Jeremy says that he can't even enjoy his victory because he has to deal with Kaitlyn, but he tells the Moving Company that Kaitlyn is staying. He gives the MC an ultimatium and Nick is not happy about Jeremy acting like a monarch. When he says the same thing to Howard, Howard wants him to put on the brakes. Spencer gives him his word, but McCrea wants to know who died and made him boss? The core is the MC, and when Jeremy says he will back out if Kaitlyn goes, it strikes a nerve in three of them.
Aaryn is confused by having Jeremy nominated right off because he is going to be hard to beat and he thought that she would choose someone she can beat. She thinks that perhaps Elissa is not so smart. Elissa grabs Nick and tells him that people said his name for MVP nomination. She asks him to throw the competition and for two weeks she will not nominate him. He is to throw the Veto competition or to win it and not use the Veto. If Jeremy wins the Veto and takes himself off, she is going to put him up if he does not agree to it. Nick shakes on it with her.
Howard has a sweet moment with Elissa and Helen where he hugs it out with them and prays with them. Helen says that being in the Big Brother house is a place of stress and Howard is a source of comfort for them. Howard says that being a Christian to him is everything and is more than the game and everything else. He has conversations with Jessie and she says that he is a great Christian example in the house and keeps her hoping for answered prayers every day.
The Veto players have on baby onesies and Britney Haynes from two previous Big Brother seasons announces that she is having a baby and they are going to help her get her nursery together. They go outside to a gigantic baby nursery with cribs, mobiles, stuffed animals and their job is to assemble a giant baby mobile. They have to hang each stuff animal by its rope and balance the mobile. Once it is balanced and nothing touches the ground they can hit their night light and win the Power of Veto.
Jeremy says that he has to win the Veto because he is the strongest player in the house, but he says that it is hard to get into game mode when you are in a huge lavender onesie. NIck feels that he is in a great spot. If he wins it he is going to take Jeremy down and she can't put him up. If he loses it, it will look like he threw it and he won't be put up by Elissa for two weeks. Amanda wants to win to beat Jeremy's cocky a*. Jeremy finds it more difficullt than he thought it would be. Elissa says that as a yoga instructor, her life is all about balance, but this is hard for her. Amanda almost has it but they say that she has bears touching the ground. She tried again and it is still wrong. Jeremy is beginning to figure out the strategy and gets the larger animals on top and then works his way down the mobile. Helen sees that Elissa is struggling and decides that it is up to her to win this for them. Kaitlyn sees that it is between Jeremy and Helen and Jeremy wins the Power of Veto.
Jeremy hams it up like a baby with a pacifier in the diary room. Helen thinks about who will be an appropriate replacement for Jeremy for nominations and realizes that it is going to be a tough task.
