The Amazing RaceRecap For May 5, 2013

Hello and welcome to the season finale of The Amazing Race on CBS.
This is going to be an abbreviated recap since I am out with my best friend celebrating her birthday with her family. I am excited to see which team will win, since at this point it could be anybody's game.
The next leg of the race sends the teams to Belfast, Ireland. Max and Katie leave first, followed by Bates and Anthony, Jen and Caroline and Mona and Beth. They are all on the same ferry, but then have to race to the cars, where the race will really begin.
Mona and Beth and Caroline and Jennifer take a wrong turn, which puts them behind.
The first roadblock is bog snorkeling where they have under four minutes to race in a murky marsh and complete a route. Once they are done, they head to Thing With A Ring.
Once there, they are given the detour. Tray it has them serve five courses which were served on the Titanic on a dry dock or Spray It, which has them copy a picture and make graffiti.
Mona and Beth and Caroline and Jen are still lost. The teams doing Tray It seem to be having trouble. Max and Katie finally finish and go to the pit stop first at Ulster Hall. Bates and Anthony are in second place.
Both Mona and Beth and Caroline and Jen are struggling, but finally make it into third and fourth place, respectively. Caroline and Jen are eliminated.
The teams are now headed to London. They head to a pub, where they order two pints and get theta next clue. They are now off to Washington, DC, where they head to the Lincoln Memorial where Martin Luther King made his famous I Have A Dream speech.
Once this is completed, they must get their picture with The President. Okay, so a faux President. Either way, it is pretty awesome. After this, they have to head to the Tidal Basin to find a marked car for the next clue.
They have to figure out which of the fifty agents have the correct answer to their clue.
After they complete a detour at Nationals Park, which involved baseballs and mascots, we get to the final one, where they have to place baseballs with countries on them in the order of which they visited them.
The pit stop is at George Washington's first home.
Bates and Anthony are there first, winning this season and the million dollars.
Max and Katie are in second place, with Mona and Beth finishing third.
Congratulations to our winners and see you next season.
