BACHELOR IN PARADISE
MORE INFORMATION RELEASED
Written by Sammi Turano

More information has been released about the controversy surrounding two Bachelor In Paradise contestants.

As TVGrapevine reported last night, Bachelor In Paradise suspended production on this season, which was set to air in August. At the time, it was said that there was alleged misconduct reported by a producer. Warner Bros. went on to say that the issue of consent came into play, causing a full investigation.

It has since been released that DeMario Johnson and Corrine Olympios are the two contestants in question. According to several sources, the two got drunk and got ‘raunchy’ in the pool. The act was caught on camera, and was allegedly so out of hand that a producer reported it, claiming ‘misconduct in the workplace.’  This is when production was shut down and the cast was sent home.

However, other sources are reporting that DeMario engaged in sexual contact with a woman who ‘may not have been able to give consent.’ There is no official word on whether or not the woman in question is Corrine or someone else involved with the show.

“The show absolutely values the primacy of consent, and this instance it appears as though conduct allegedly occurred without the proper consent having been given,” a source within the show told People.

TVGrapevine will continue to give updates as they become available.
